Cancellation Policy

  1. Full Refund

    Cancellations made on or before December 31, 2024 (6 months prior to the event) will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

  2. Partial Refund

    Cancellations made between January 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025 (3- 6 months prior to the event) will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

  3. No Refund

    Cancellations made on or after April 1, 2025 (less than 3 months prior to the event) will not be eligible for a refund.

  4. Substitutions

    Attendee substitutions are allowed at no extra cost up until May 15, 2025 (4 weeks before the event). Please contact The Organizers to process any substitutions.

  5. Event Cancellation by The Organizer

    In the unlikely event that The Organizers cancel the forum, all participants will receive a full refund of their registration.

  6. Force Majeure

    If the event is cancelled or postponed due to factors beyond The Organizers' control (such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations), The Organizers reserve the right to retain up to 25% of the registration fee to cover incurred expenses. The remaining amount will be refunded.

  7. Refund Processing

    All approved refunds will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation request using the original method of payment.

The Organizers reserve the right to modify this policy at their discretion. Any changes will be communicated to all registered participants.

  1. Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure all events information is accurate and up-to-date, the organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including but not limited to dates, venue, speakers, and program content, without prior notice.

  3. Personal Property: Attendees are responsible for their personal property. The event organizer does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  4. Health and Safety: Attendees participate in all event activities at their own risk. The organizer will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants but cannot guarantee against all potential hazards.

  5. Intellectual Property: Any unauthorized recording, photography, or reproduction of presentations, materials, or content from the event is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the organizer.

  6. Data Protection: By registering for this event, attendees consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for event-related purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  7. Code of Conduct: The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly, or offensive, without any refund.

  8. Force Majeure: The organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, pandemics, or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control.

  9. Governing Law: This disclaimer and any disputes arising out of or related to the event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
