Short Bio: Ms. Phetdouangchai CHOUMMALY Deputy Director of ASEAN Economic Cooperation Department of Trade Negotiation and Economic Cooperation Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Phetdouangchai is working for Department of Trade Negotiation and Economic Cooperation for many years. As 14 years in the Ministry of Industry and commerce of Lao PDR, she has contributing her effort into work from technical official to become deputy director in several divisions which responsible in different related trade agreement issue such Trade in Good, E-commerce, Legal and Multilateral agreements in analysing the issues, reviewing and input in commenting regulations for compliance with the WTO rules and multilateral agreements, and she was a Secretary for former Minister of Industry and Commerce of Lao PDR for few years. She holds a Bachelor Degree in National University of Lao PDR in 2006 and Master Degree in Business Administration from Inha University, Republic of Korea in 2010.
