Datin Nooryana Najwa Najib is a rising politician, women’s advocate, and youth development leader in Malaysia. A graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in International Politics and Foreign Policy, she developed her early expertise in international relations through internships at prominent Washington, DC think tanks, focusing on US-ASEAN and Asia Pacific relations. Her career journey has spanned both the public and private sectors, including her role as a private equity fundraising associate at TPG Capital, where she worked across global financial hubs—London, San Francisco, and Hong Kong. In 2019, she earned a prestigious dual degree: an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. Today, Datin Nooryana has returned to her passion for public service. She serves as an Executive Committee member of Puteri UMNO Malaysia and actively contributes to youth and women’s development initiatives through her work with Majlis Belia Wilayah Persekutuan. Additionally, she holds board positions at MARTRADE and RISDA Ventures, reflecting her commitment to national economic and trade development. Balancing her public commitments with family life, Datin Nooryana is also a proud mother of three young children.
