Chiqui Escareal-Go is CEO and Chief Behavioral Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc., the Philippines’ leading advocacy-based training and consultancy firm specializing in marketing, sales, innovation, and strategy. Under her leadership, Mansmith has received major honors, including the 2021 ASEAN Business Award for Innovation and the 2025 Philippine Marketing Association Agora Award for Nation-Building Marketing Leadership. She is also a former Chair of the Women’s Business Council Philippines.
