YBhg. Dato’ Ar. Nafisah Binti Radin is a trailblazer in Malaysia’s green architecture movement, having designed the nation’s first Platinum-rated Green Building Index project—Putrajaya’s iconic Diamond Building and the Zero Carbon Energy+ Building for BMI UNIKL Campus in Gombak. As the Founding Principal of NR Design Group, she has received multiple national awards not only for her architectural excellence but also for her entrepreneurial achievements in a male-dominated industry. Her innovative work spans high-impact developments for public and private sectors. Beyond architecture, Dato’ Nafisah is the current President of Women in Construction Malaysia (WIBM), where she actively champions gender equity, professional mentorship, and women-led opportunities across the construction value chain. Her leadership and advocacy have empowered a new generation of women professionals in Malaysia and beyond.
