Under her portfolio, Selangor has launched the Selangor Women Empowerment Plan 2024–2026, focusing on increasing women’s participation in leadership, entrepreneurship, and community decision-making. YB Anfaal is also a strong proponent of formalising and valuing the care economy, particularly through policies that support caregivers, enhance child and elderly care infrastructure, and promote social protection.
