She is the Founder and CEO of Executive Genesis Services, Inc., a pioneering service contracting company with over 31 years of industry leadership, recognized for its compliance with labor and employment requirements, and ethical employment practices throughout the country. Her eight-year tenure as Immediate Past President of the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) further strengthened her role as a key advocate for ethical labor standards and the professionalization of the service contracting industry. She introduced initiatives such as the PALSCON Academy and PALSCONnect that helped shape a more competent, ethical, and competitive labor sector in the Philippines Beyond corporate leadership, Rhoda empowers entrepreneurs through Negoshente, her own platform and online show advocating business growth. Featured on ABS-CBN and GMA’s digital channels, it offers insights, opportunities, and inspiration to aspiring and budding entrepreneurs. She also plays a vital role in labor and employment policy-making as a Member of the National Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (DOLE), Interim Governor of the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), Member of the National Language Center Advisory Council (TESDA), and Co-chair of the Labor and Employment Committee (PCCI).
