Nik Adina Taty Zainin has 30 years' experience in corporate in areas of Stakeholder Engagement, Government Relations, Partnerships, Marketing, Fundraising, Sustainability and CSR. Taty specialises in creating impactful engagements for corporate clients across various sectors. She focuses on fostering strategic partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, and promoting innovation. As a seasoned CSR and Leadership Development practitioner, she was instrumental in the set-up of PINTAR Foundation for education underprivileged communities and Yayasan Sejahtera for hard core poverty. during her tenure in Khazanah Nasional.Taty has set up programs in arts and culture which include the Art4Cause for creative teens as well as perform the traditional ‘Makyong’ royal court dance locally and overseas. Her corporate experience include various portfolios in MDEC, Celcom, Cradle Fund, edotco Axiata, and Boustead . Her last position was Group Head of Communications and Government Relations for AirAsia Group now Capital A. She holds a BSC in Industrial Psychology and a minor in Dance from the Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, USA.
