Tara is a Social Scientist, futurist, and founder of GROEI Education—an award-winning organisation designing innovative learning pathways for young people and businesses. With expertise in human-centred design, social capital, and future workforce strategy, she works across government and industry to develop scalable microlearning, credentialing, and work-integrated programs that build purpose-driven, job-ready talent. A director of the International Social Capital Association and the Australian Chair for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education with the G100, she is also completing a PhD exploring youth employability, entrepreneurial ecosystems and social capital. From leading initiatives for geographically isolated women to mentoring youth start-ups in Australia, her work is grounded in equity, economic resilience, and regional empowerment. A respected facilitator, educator, and strategist, she champions the power of lifelong learning and peer-based support to drive inclusive innovation and unlock the potential of the Sheconomy across borders.
