Ma Agnes Alimbog, is a Filipino citizen, a Commerce major in Management graduate Xavier University (Ateneo de Cagayan). She pursued her master degree in Pastoral Ministry at Loyola Schools Ateneo de Manila University. She took masteral degree units on Public Administration in Xavier University and Community Development in University of the Philippines. She is a certified Organization Development Practitioner from Center for Organization Research & Development Ateneo de Manila University (CORD-AdMU).   Agnes has more than 25 years of experience in the field organization development, training, administration, planning, management, sales & purchase contract/s management, operations & logistics movement, organizational development & planning, finance, training, marketing, import & export supplier coordination, shipping, & purchasing/procurement from various entities in USA, Europe, Middle East & Asia.   On October 2020, during the world crisis of Covid-19 pandemic, Agnes reflected an alternative platform for a lot of people undergoing depression and anxiety, and created a live streaming TV show (program) The Filipinos World (TFW), specially the OFWs. The Filipinos World is a live stream program that define gamut on various topical issues for the overseas Filipinos (expats, emigres) including OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers and Immigrants/Migrants) and other Filipino-based families; and Local Filipino Filipino Nationals (within the Philippines); dual nationals, married and living overseas; nationalized in foreign country, born in Philippines or with Filipino parents, and among others with Filipino race or blood. TFW is live streamed in The Manila Times and IBS Media Group (Radyo Kalusugan and Central Luzon Balita) Facebook Pages every Saturday 5pm to 630pm Philippine Time. As an OFW Advocate, Agnes was chosen as one of the Top30 Most Inspiring & Influential Filipino Women by BRU Digital TV last March 2023 and included as one of the honorees of CRE’s WOMEN OF INFLUENCE in 2024 for Humanitarian. Agnes has been invited to various forums and events to be the Masters of Ceremony and Event Coordinator such as, oMulti-Stakeholders Conference on Reintegration held at Crowne Plaza Robinson’s Galleria, December 8-9, 2022 o1st Leadership Forum held at UP-BGC Taguig City, September 19 2022 o2nd Leaership Forum held at UP-BGC Taguig City, March 18 2023 oLimitless Art Exhibit held at PNP Museum Camp Crame, May 27 2023 oCurtain Call Limitless Art Exhibit held at PNP Museum Camp Crame, June 27 2023 oIX Est Perfectio at Philippine Airforce Museum Pasay City Philippines, October 19, 2023 oEvent Coordinator of Reintegration Summit for Visayas and Mindanao held at Park Inn by Radisson Davao on 15-17 November 2023 oEvent Coordinator of Digitalisation of Recruitment and Emigration Processes for Migrant Workers for ASEAN to be held on 13-14 December 2023 at Novotel Manila Araneta Quezon City Agnes has been one of the lead convenor in the participatory management approach linking government agencies with international companies and other agencies in aid of crafting and developing operational framework towards strategic direction (National Commission on Senior Citizens and PEZA). Agnes crafted an operational framework (6Ps) for National Reintegration Center for OFWs (NRCO) under the Department Migrant Workers (DMW) that encompasses strategic direction for whole of government reintegration process. Currently working in the Department of Migrant Workers, Agnes has assisted various issues and concerns of the migrant workers, specially cases of women victims of abuse, maltreatment and other psychosocial issues that affect the lives of women in migration.
