Datin Dr. Norli @ Norlaili Hj. Alias is heavily involved in effective Entrepreneurship Development Eco-system. She has also managed to grow businesses from start-ups to millions in annual sales through effective business planning, excellent strategic planning, communication, creative sales, and innovative marketing expertise. Specializing in Credit Recovery, Mix Marketing, Effective Communication and Expert in Credit Analysis. She is a micro to macro entrepreneur’s catalyst and has over 23 years of banking and financing experience combined (HYBRID). She has been appointed as one of the Industrial boards by University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) for the past 5 years being assigned to the Economic and Management Faculty. She was a Senior Vice President responsible for reporting to the Chief Executive Officer for banks. She has been rated triple (AAA) in her service for excellent delivery by the banking institution, Internationally and domestically supported with her excellent contributions in developing and executing structured financing. A true Master in gold trading, carrying the position as Project Director for TEKUN’s hero products such as Ar Rahnu TEKUN, Teman TEKUN, TEMANITA, TEKUN iFactoring and TEKUN Pos-preneurs. She led the International and Special Projects Division coherently in trade missions across a vast sea of countries along with conferences and seminars that were held in Europe, Korea, Sarajevo, Bosnia. Myanmar, Singapore, Hunan, Shanghai and Thailand. Her exposure in Internationalisation of entrepreneurs consist of five countries with the best forms of practise aside monitoring the growth in sustainability of entrepreneurship.
