Yasmin Ahmad Mazlani (TzeYasmin) is the CEO of Lakar Technologies, an EdTech venture developing real-time speech-to-visual learning notes using Generative AI. She is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of NeoOne Associates, a consulting firm recognized for its work in transformative learning and growth strategy. Lakar Technologies recently completed the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP) Ideation Program and is progressing toward the HKSTP Incubation Program. Yasmin holds a Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, where she was named a recipient of the Young and Outstanding Alumni Award in 2018. Her academic foundation is in Physics with a specialization in Instrumentation, and she is currently pursuing advanced studies in Quantum Technology and Precision Scientific Instrumentation. In parallel, she is undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a research focus on AI-enhanced visual learning. With over 14 years of experience in learning and development, she is a certified Accelerated Learning Master Practitioner, visual facilitator, and growth strategist. Yasmin is recognized in Malaysia as a thought leader at the intersection of education, AI, and growth consulting, having led numerous national and international programs, including for Ekuinas, MRANTI, and UNDP.
